Create Berwick is offering grants of up to £5,000 to support paid work placements, provide training and creative opportunities for young people aged 16–25 who live in Berwick (an English TD15 postcode).

Applicants must be a creative or cultural business or enterprise based in Berwick or North Northumberland. They are wanting to build capacity within their business and in a position to manage a temporary paid work placement.

85% of funding will be allocated towards the work placement and 15% costs go towards administration at the host creative or cultural business. The investment will support a placement in 2026, helping young people develop skills, confidence, and pathways into creative careers.
